🏡 General Rules -No smoking or vaping on the property. -No parties or events. -Only registered guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. -Late check-outs may result in an additional fee if not pre-approved -Guests must sign a rental agreement 🧼 Cleanliness & Care -Please treat the home with respect and care as if it were your own. -Report any spills, damage, or maintenance needs promptly. -Rinse off sand before entering the house - there is an outdoor shower available. 🔥 Safety -No open flames, candles, or fireworks. -Feel free to use the charcoal grill—please clean it after use and never leave it unattended while hot. -Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property. 🐶 Dog Policy -Well behaved dogs only -Up to 2 house and crate-trained dogs under 50lbs allowed with prior approval. -The pet fee is $50 per dog per stay. **Prior to approval guests much agree to the following: -You will be responsible for any damages as well as additional cleaning or treatment needs due to fleas or “accidents." -Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times. -Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). -Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s). -If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s) credit card on file. -Guests agree that their dog is housebroken. -All pets must be up to date on their flea and tick prevention treatment. -Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. -Guests agree that the dog(s) will be crated anytime they’re left unattended at the house. -Guests agree that dog(s) will be rinsed of sand & dried thoroughly before entering the unit. -Guests agree that dog(s) will not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. This must be done in the outside shower or with the hose in the carport. -Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. -Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. -All excess dog hair will be swept, vacuumed or otherwise picked up and removed from the inside of the unit prior to departure.
